A healthy alternative to lamb shank, these venison shanks can be braised and slow roasted until they just fall off the bone. Alternatively, the meat can provide a rich and gamey flavour to a delicately spiced tagine or used to fill dumplings.

All our wild venison is shot and butchered on site, so when you buy from us you know exactly where your food has been.

Product comes frozen. Defrost fully before cooking.
