Venison Shank

A healthy alternative to lamb shank, these venison shanks can be braised and slow roasted until they just fall off the bone. Alternatively, the meat can provide a rich and gamey flavour to a delicately spiced tagine or used to fill dumplings.

All our wild venison is shot and butchered on-site, so when you buy from us, you know exactly where your food has been. Please beware of shot debris.

The product comes frozen. Defrost fully before cooking.
