Sourced from the back leg of the cow, a joint of our silverside is the perfect centrepiece for your roast dinner, although equally delicious when braised or cooked in the slow cooker. Naturally lean and full of flavour, the fat layer ensures a tender and succulent result every time. Our cows are 100% grass-fed and high welfare.
