This versatile cut can be prepared as a whole loin, searing over a high heat and then roasting to create a tender and delicious centrepiece of your meal. Alternatively, it can be cut into steaks, sliced thinly for salads or carpaccio, or chopped up to provide an intensely gamey filling for pies.
All our wild venison is shot and butchered on site, so when you buy from us you know exactly where your food has been.
Product comes frozen. Defrost fully before cooking.
