This hindquarter cut of beef is exceptional when roasted slowly, until so tender it falls apart. It lends itself well to thin slicing, for cold beef dishes, or cut into chunks for stir fries, stews and casseroles; and delivers a hearty flavour every time. Our cows are 100% grass-fed and high welfare.

Products come frozen. Defrost fully before cooking.
