Our juicy and tender sirloin steaks are naturally lean, making them ideal for high temperature, quick cooking, and are delicious sliced thinly and added to stir fires. A light marbling of fat, and trimmed fat on the edge melt during cooking to provide taste and tenderness to any dish. Our cows are 100% grass-fed and high welfare.

Products come frozen. Defrost fully before cooking.
